Because all Jeloura pieces are customized, we do not accept returns or refunds unless the item arrives damaged or defective.


Damaged Items:

If your order is damaged upon arrival:


  1. Contact us within 48 hours at jeloura.ae@gmail.com.
  2. Attach photos and your order number.
  3. If approved, we will send a replacement or partial refund based on the issue.
